Pavel Kalinin

Pavel is the Platform and Operations Lead at Infinity, where he has developed and scaled the startup support program, providing access to a network of experts, essential tools, and industry insights. 

Pavel collaborates closely with startup leadership teams, offering resources and guidance to facilitate growth and secure funding. He also spearheads the development of an industry intelligence platform, offering comprehensive data and insights on the global quantum sector. 

Previously, he led operations at PHX, a community initiative connecting investors, entrepreneurs, innovators, and media, supporting over 35 startup funding rounds totalling more than €200 million. He also facilitated investor engagements at Techleap. 

Pavel holds an MSc from ESADE Business & Law School in Barcelona and a BSc from Rotterdam School of Management.
